Select the BPM Microsystems programmer(s) you plan to use to program your device. Please note: all device support requests for the models 2800, 3800, 4800 and Flashstream programmers have to be entered separately from the rest of the programmers.

Thank you for completing this new device request. You will receive confirmation shortly that the request has been entered. A BPM Microsystems representative may also contact you in response to your device support request if further information is required.

Because we must have sample devices in order to test and release new support, we request that you provide samples if possible. We ask that you please provide 10 OTP or 5 reprogrammable devices for each new device request. As policy, we take ownership of all samples and technical documentation submitted to BPM Microsystems for the creation of support for specific devices. This ownership insures that samples are on file in the case of reproducing issues that originates from the created support. Therefore, we are unable return sample devices to the sender.

If you are unable to provide samples our team will contact the semiconductor manufacturer and request devices along with the programming specification. However your new device support may be delayed if sample stock is not readily available.

The specification will be reviewed to evaluate the electrical and mechanical requirements of the device. At that time our Device Support team will determine which programmer models can support this device and if an existing socket module is compatible.

The addition or use of some algorithms may be limited to specific programmer models and may require additional algorithm or socket module development. In such case cases, development and expedite charges may apply.
